Nvidia details software updates ahead of RTX Spark's October 16 launch
Nvidia outlined AI models, developer tools and creative app updates for RTX Spark laptops ahead of their October 16 availability.

Nvidia announced software updates on October 13 ahead of RTX Spark laptops becoming available October 16. The package spans local AI assistants, creative applications, development tools and games.
Nvidia says RTX Spark supports as much as 128GB in shared memory and delivers up to one petaflop for AI computation. Its PAIR software is leaving beta with llama.cpp support. Broadcast version 2.3 adds video enhancement features and controls that let AI agents interact with the application.
The updates aim to simplify running AI models directly on a computer. Nvidia said supported assistant applications can recommend suitable models and configure them for RTX Spark. Developer support includes PyTorch, Python and CUDA.
Some additions will arrive after the initial software announcement. Nvidia scheduled its Nemotron 3.5 Bolt 74B model for October 15 and setup guides for October 16. Blender 5.3 is expected to gain DLSS Ray Reconstruction in November.
