Runway brings image and video generation to Replit web projects
Runway is promoting a Replit connection that lets website builders generate visual assets within their projects.

Runway announced a web design workflow on October 13 that connects its media generation tools to Replit. The company said creators can produce images, videos and other visual assets while working on a website.
The connection uses Runway MCP, which makes its generation tools available through compatible AI applications. Runway lists Replit among its supported clients, alongside other assistants and coding tools.
Replit already supports creating and publishing websites through natural-language instructions. The Runway connection brings media creation into that process, allowing builders to develop a site's visual material alongside the project itself.
