Higgsfield announces FLUX 3 Upscaler update with lower costs and faster processing
Higgsfield says its FLUX 3 Upscaler update improves speed and cuts costs, alongside native 2K and 4K generation for FLUX 3 Video.
Higgsfield announced an update to Black Forest Labs’ FLUX 3 Upscaler on its platform. The company says processing is 50% faster and costs are 50% lower than before.
Higgsfield’s documentation says the upscaler accepts existing videos and produces output at 1080p, 2K or 4K. A Precise mode aims to preserve existing detail, while a Creative mode can modify detail with optional text guidance. The company says the tool also maintains smooth motion and synchronized audio.
Upscaling improves the resolution of existing footage, while native generation creates video at the selected resolution from the outset. In the same announcement, Higgsfield said FLUX 3 Video now supports native 2K and 4K generation. It said the release is available immediately with a seven-day period of exclusive access on its platform.
