SpaceXAI pledges $1.5 million in Grok tokens to Omarchy
SpaceXAI is backing Omarchy with $1.5 million in Grok tokens for automated code review and other development work.
SpaceXAI is contributing Grok tokens valued at $1.5 million to support the Omarchy Linux project. Creator David Heinemeier Hansson announced the donation on October 8, saying the company would become a founding corporate patron of the Omacom Foundation.
Hansson said the contribution would support automated development tools, including Omabot, which reviews proposed code changes. The project was approaching 7,000 pull requests submitted by over 550 contributors. He put its total backing after the pledge at roughly $23.2 million.
The donation adds AI usage capacity to a project already supported by Meta Superintelligence Labs, DigitalOcean and Alibaba Cloud. Hansson said all Omarchy teams would have access to the tokens for work including bug fixes, visual themes and compatibility with additional hardware. The planned uses extend beyond automated review to the teams maintaining the software.
